Converting your existing legacy forms to an XML forms solution, such as IBM® Lotus Forms™ XFDL, can be a daunting task. 1. Conversion Standards

The first step is to discuss your needs and determine your goals for the conversion. Our forms specialists work closely with you to create a Conversion Standards Document (CSD). The rules and guidelines defined in the CSD are used by our conversion team as the common basis for decisions related to the layout and functionality of the converted forms.

2. Sample Conversion

After the CSD has been finalized, we convert a sample batch of forms based on those specifications. The batch is returned for your review so that we can make any necessary adjustments to the CSD before proceeding with the rest of your conversion. At this stage, INFOCON can also create a private web portal that will allow you to track the live status of any form, perform custom searches, and generate on-the-fly reports in a variety of formats including simple text, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe PDF.
