How much does an INFOCON form conversion cost?
Every conversion is customized to cater to the client’s individual needs;
therefore the cost of one conversion to another will vary based on the complexity and size.

What type of source form formats do you accept?
We can accept both paper and electronic formats of most document types or
design software. We will work to accommodate any source format that you may have.

How do I send you my form originals?
The method by which you send us your source originals may vary depending on
their format. If you have electronic versions of the originals they can be sent via CD or
through FTP (File Transfer Protocol). If you only have paper originals we request that you
send copies only. Also, please note that bound materials may be destroyed in the conversion
process.

How do I monitor my conversion’s status?
There are several ways in which you can monitor the status of your conversion.
Many clients find it easiest to track the progress of their forms through delivery or status
reports. If you require a more detailed tracking method we can develop a project web site for
you that will allow you to monitor the live status of your forms at every stage in the
conversion process and give you access to custom search and report tools.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Every conversion project involves some degree of custom development and setup
time; therefore every project is quoted based on development time and per page rate. The setup
time for two similar projects of different sizes does not vary much therefore the conversion
cost when quoted as a per page rate will be lower for the larger volume conversion. We will also
offer a reasonable per page discount for very large volume projects.

What type of features can you add to my forms?
The features and functionality that we can add to your form will be limited
only by the target form software that you choose. If the software allows it, we can add toolbars,
calculations, formulas, custom tab functions, digital signatures, fill wizards, help text and
accessibility text. We can also help your converted forms meet certain current government or
industry regulations for things like font size, font or background colors, security level and 508
compliance.

Do you convert paper forms to PDF?
Yes. We offer fast and cost effective conversion of your paper forms to PDF. We
can offer basic image scanning or implement optical character recognition (OCR) to help aid in
indexing, managing and searching your converted forms. We can also create basic fillable PDFs of
your paper forms if you desire.

Can you match my original forms exactly?
We can match the look, feel and function of your originals to the fullest extent
allowed by the target form software that you choose. In most cases this means a printed form that
looks exactly like the original even though the electronic version may have additional features
and functions that make it vary from the original, usually making it better.

What kind of turn-around time can I expect on my forms?
Conversion turn around can vary depending on the requirements of your project but
we will work to meet whatever migration schedule you may have.
